Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and roadmap for Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive product outcomes, collaborate with executive leadership, and manage pricing and packaging for these innovative Java solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the success metrics for product areas, ensuring accountability for sales, adoption, and retention
- Develop and communicate a multi-year strategic roadmap that aligns with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape pricing and packaging models for diverse Java environments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with experience owning a product or product line from strategy to revenue
- Proven track record in shipping enterprise SaaS products in related markets such as application performance monitoring or optimization
- Deep technical fluency, particularly in understanding architecture diagrams and engineering discussions
- Strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Experience with pricing and packaging technical products, including cross-functional collaboration for market approval
