Principal Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product journey from signed agreement to live listing, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage the activation roadmap, enhance onboarding processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve owner retention metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap focused on activation rates, time to live, and retained activations
- Ship product changes to automate onboarding processes and run end-to-end experiments
- Collaborate closely with Onboarding and Operations teams to optimize the activation system
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in onboarding or activation
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business
- Proven track record of improving activation and early retention metrics through experiments
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with product analytics tools like Amplitude
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy onboarding processes in relevant industries is a plus
