Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the billing and platform strategy, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the migration to Stripe, set the vision for subscriptions and pricing, and modernize internal applications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own Billing & Payments Strategy by setting the vision and multi-year roadmap for subscriptions, invoicing, and payment methods
• Lead the Move to Stripe by managing the migration from an in-house billing system to Stripe Billing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Make Pricing Changes Simple and Fast by streamlining the launch of new plans and add-ons to align with product offerings

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years focused on billing and payments
• Fluency in billing and payments, including knowledge of subscription models and experience with platforms like Stripe or similar
• Technical credibility with the ability to read API specifications and write SQL queries
• Proven track record of successfully leading migrations or pricing changes with significant customer impact
• Strong strategic thinking skills to guide stakeholders and clarify ambiguous problems
