Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Pro roadmap end-to-end, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define the product vision and strategy, improve customer experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product capabilities for short-term rental operators and HOAs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pro, balancing customer needs and business opportunities
• Improve the end-to-end customer experience from evaluation and onboarding through ongoing management and renewal
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product strategy with customer acquisition and business growth

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of product management experience with ownership of complex products or product areas
• Experience building products for B2B or B2B2C customers, particularly in customer acquisition and retention
• Strong customer discovery skills to identify shared needs across segments
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Sales, or go-to-market teams to connect product strategy with business growth
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, property technology, or software for managing portfolios of properties is a plus
