Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy for the Kitchen Display System (KDS), the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage enterprise workflow depth, data differentiation, and AI roadmap while collaborating with large restaurant groups to enhance kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the KDS product strategy, focusing on enterprise workflows and AI integration to achieve business outcomes
• Define and implement agentic AI features that enhance kitchen efficiency and automate operational processes
• Lead KDS delivery by translating complex workflow requirements into scalable product decisions for diverse restaurant operators

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in defining and owning product strategy for complex, operationally critical products, preferably in hardware and software
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of identifying and driving new product initiatives
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to translate high-stakes requirements into scalable solutions
• Understanding of the operational realities faced by SMB restaurant operators
• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments
