Required qualifications
- Proven experience in defining and owning product strategy for complex operational products, ideally spanning hardware and software
- Strong track record of working directly with enterprise customers to translate high-stakes workflow requirements into scalable product decisions
- Curiosity and perspective on AI opportunities in operational environments
- Understanding of the challenges faced by SMB operators in restaurant kitchens
- Executive presence to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
