Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and management, the full-time Principal Product Manager will own the Legal Plans and Intellectual Property product lines while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and onsite collaboration in Mountain View, Sherman Oaks, or Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and results for Legal Plans and IP, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, pricing, and unit economics
• Lead the design of customer lifecycle experiences that maximize value and improve the consultation experience in partnership with legal teams
• Run a disciplined experimentation program to frame hypotheses, size opportunities, and leverage customer insights to inform product planning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with accountability for significant business outcomes
• Proven success managing a subscription or recurring revenue product, demonstrating improvements in retention and engagement
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows and the ability to balance automation with human oversight
• Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling changes and evaluating ROI
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments and communicate effectively with executive presence
