Job Summary
To drive product strategy and execution for In-System and Memory Test & Repair solutions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage product lifecycle, engage with customers, and translate market needs into actionable product requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for In-System and Memory Test & Repair solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and market trends to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to ensure alignment on product scope, schedule, and customer value
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or EDA product management or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of DFT, ATPG, BIST, and memory test and repair ecosystems
- Proven ability to define product strategy and drive cross-functional execution
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate feedback into scalable product decisions
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline; an MBA or PhD is a plus
