Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy in a remote environment, the full-time Principal Product Manager will set direction for major healthcare technology initiatives, manage product ownership from discovery through launch, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance AI and data products for healthcare.

Key responsibilities:

• Set product direction and own major healthcare technology initiatives from discovery through launch and improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to identify data needs and resolve access or quality gaps affecting product delivery
• Translate customer and clinical needs into clear product requirements, prioritizing and defining scope and success measures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced clinical/technical degree preferred
• 10-15 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology or related fields
• Proven track record of setting enterprise product strategy and leading major initiatives to successful delivery
• Experience with AI, data, or platform products, including customer or partner integrations
• Demonstrated success in influencing executive investment decisions and navigating complex product challenges
