Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product pillar for collections, intake, processing, and the data platform, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will set product strategy and roadmap, mentor product managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, balancing market needs with revenue optimization and managing complex multi-team initiatives
• Set a 2-3-year vision for the product pillar and define the implications for engineering and operations partners
• Lead and mentor product managers, establishing quality standards and improving product management practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of leading product lifecycles and mentoring other product managers
• Deep expertise in eDiscovery, legal technology, or enterprise data platforms, including long-range product strategy
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and engage effectively with engineering teams
• Proven strategic planning ability and strong business acumen, including experience with ROI and cost structures
