Job Summary
To drive patient engagement and improve maternal health outcomes, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the Patient Growth team in defining and executing strategies for patient acquisition, activation, and re-engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-funnel strategy for patient acquisition, activation, and re-engagement
- Unlock new growth channels to enhance patient enrollment and understanding of Pomelo's value
- Lead cross-functional teams through rapid MVP iterations and product reimaginings
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in consumer products with a proven track record in managing full growth funnels for digital products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Experience with products that bridge digital experiences and human-delivered services
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with healthcare technology, particularly in outreach and acquisition
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and execute scrappy MVP launches
