Job Summary
As the Principal Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform, this full-time remote position will manage the technical product direction for building and shipping AI agents, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and scientists to create a cohesive platform for enhanced customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the platform roadmap by translating product and customer needs into technical requirements
- Onboard flagship experience teams and define criteria for their graduation to scale the platform's adoption
- Bridge engineering and agentic science needs to resolve dependencies and ensure coherent customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 10+ years in product management, specifically with platform or infrastructure products
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic systems, including orchestration and context engineering
- Proven ability to drive adoption through influence across diverse organizations
- Strong writing skills for creating decision-forcing documents at the SVP level
