Owning carrier connectivity for Connected Trading, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will solve complex technical problems, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure seamless workflows from request for coverage to binding in commercial insurance placement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage carrier connectivity issues from diagnosis to production solutions
- Design solutions alongside engineers, focusing on data contracts, authentication, and error handling
- Partner with product managers and carrier partners to set expectations and communicate progress
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with technical products or product suites
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and integration failure modes
- Experience delivering solutions through cross-organizational teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical specifications effectively
- Proven track record of owning complex technical solutions through to production
