Job Summary

To lead the eCommerce insurance marketplace and enhance the online consumer shopping experience, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define product strategy, implement AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive eCommerce vision and roadmap, focusing on creating an intuitive, high-converting online shopping experience for health insurance
• Implement AI-native experiences, including consumer-facing AI agents and chat-based enrollment guides to facilitate plan comparisons
• Architect audience-first segmentation to tailor e-commerce experiences based on user demographics and health needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership with experience in consumer e-commerce or complex fintech platforms
• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy within a complex organizational structure
• Strong familiarity with health tech or healthcare insurance workflows is desirable
• Experience in developing generative AI products or automated workflows
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
