Job Summary
Leading the evolution of content transformation, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will define and execute a strategic roadmap to modernize content workflows in the Direct Tax business, leveraging AI and automation to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a multi-year roadmap to transform Tax & Accounting content through AI and automation
- Collaborate with domain experts to design workflows that integrate AI capabilities with human expertise
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align stakeholders around new processes and tools for content delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Transformation, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading AI or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and workflow automation
- Experience in redesigning business processes through technology innovation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
