Job Summary
Owning the AI agents that serve prospects and tenants, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will manage voice and text experiences, set operational rules, and define success criteria for automation workflows in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee AI agents handling customer interactions across voice and text, automating routine tasks for facility staff
- Determine priority workflows for agents based on model capabilities and collaborate with Operations and Support
- Establish rules for agent actions, including verification and approvals, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Required qualifications
- Experience as a technical product manager with LLM-powered products that perform actions for users
- Strong understanding of agent systems, including models, orchestration, and performance trade-offs
- Proven track record of defining success criteria and quality thresholds for nondeterministic products
- Experience in setting operational rules for agents in regulated workflows
- Ability to lead cross-team projects from conception to launch
