Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

To define the next generation of Komodo's product suite, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will own the product thesis, build initial versions of new AI products, and collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams, all while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product thesis by studying customer interactions and revising arguments based on model improvements
• Build first versions of AI products using platform primitives and scale successful solutions with engineering support
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to package and position new products effectively in the market

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least one successful product that generates revenue
• Proven ability to build initial product versions rather than just managing projects
• Deep understanding of AI product development, including context, evaluation, and agent behavior
• Experience working within customer environments and managing contracting cycles
• Strong written communication skills to articulate reasoning and product vision clearly
