Principal Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic bridge between business and technology, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager, AI will manage the AI product strategy and roadmap for customer experience, focusing on re-architecting operations to integrate generative AI effectively while ensuring governance and delivery velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for customer experience, aligning it with measurable business outcomes
• Act as the single accountable owner for CX AI delivery decisions, consolidating fragmented initiatives under a common strategy
• Drive the agentic roadmap while maintaining foundational delivery commitments and ensuring successful adoption across customer-facing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, technology, or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of combined experience in AI or technology product management, software development, and customer-facing business functions
• Hands-on software or application development experience, capable of prototyping and evaluating technical approaches independently
• 4+ years of experience in customer experience or go-to-market functions, including marketing, sales, or customer success
• Demonstrated delivery of production generative AI or agentic solutions at enterprise scale with measurable improvements
