Job Summary
Driving the future of creator commerce, the full-time Principal Product Manager, AI will define AI product strategy, collaborate with Machine Learning teams, and ensure responsible AI development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter AI product strategy for LTK's ML models and agent infrastructure
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Data Science teams to translate customer problems into model capabilities and improve model performance
- Own product evaluation and launch criteria, ensuring quality and reliability across AI-powered products
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with complex technical products and demonstrated influence on product direction
- Experience shipping and improving AI/ML products in production, including LLM applications or model-backed workflows
- Strong technical fluency and experience working directly with ML engineers to define model requirements
- Deep expertise in evaluating AI-powered products and building effective evaluation frameworks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
