Job Summary
Representing the roadmap function for mainstream cloud customers, the full-time Principal Product Manager - Cloud will drive alignment between customer infrastructure requirements and product capabilities while collaborating cross-functionally to influence Seagate's product and technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the roadmap lead for mainstream cloud customers, representing their needs and deployment realities
- Engage directly with cloud infrastructure architects to understand workload requirements and operational challenges
- Craft and communicate roadmap narratives that connect technology investments to customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, storage, or data center technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through customer engagement and technical expertise
- Significant understanding of storage technologies and their interaction with cloud architectures
- Experience working directly with cloud providers or storage architects
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable solutions for customer challenges
