Principal Product Manager, Voice AI

Job Summary

Driving the development of autonomous voice agents, the full-time Principal Product Manager, Voice AI will manage a dedicated pod, oversee agent design and evaluation, and lead experimentation with speech models while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one pod directly and support one to two others, providing product direction and maintaining customer relationships
• Oversee agent design, build, and evaluation processes for assigned pods while collaborating on speech model experimentation
• Identify and prioritize capabilities and conversation designs for various industry verticals based on patterns observed across pods and model evaluations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in voice AI, conversational AI, or speech technology
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, including conversation design and testing against real user interactions
• Working knowledge of speech models, including ASR architectures and TTS synthesis approaches
• Experience with telephony integration, such as SIP, IVR systems, or CCaaS platforms
• Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers on technical products
