Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, product operations, or related roles, with 6+ years in leadership within a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS product operations, preferably in adtech or martech
• Experience implementing organization-wide process transformations in high-growth environments
• Strong proficiency with modern product stack and AI/automation platforms
• Proven track record of establishing metrics-driven cultures and operational reporting
