Job Summary

Experienced in managing complex client priorities, the full-time remote Principal Program Manager will drive high-stakes initiatives across Client Engagement, Product, and Engineering, ensuring clear execution plans and effective stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Turn client needs into clear execution plans by translating priorities into scoped initiatives and timelines
• Drive high-stakes carrier initiatives from kickoff to launch, managing dependencies and stakeholder alignment
• Build and maintain the Client Engagement operating model to ensure consistent management of carrier work

Required qualifications

• Deep program management experience with complex, cross-functional projects involving external customers
• Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and drive internal follow-through
• Comfort with technical concepts to understand product and engineering constraints
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and maintain clarity
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp insurance workflows and client contexts efficiently
