Principal Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a new HR program, the remote contract Principal Program Manager will manage multiple business and technology teams, oversee implementation partners and vendors, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across various portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, oversight, and coordination of portfolios, ensuring alignment and achievement of outcomes
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to foster supportive relationships across programs
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies at the portfolio level, creating recovery plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent level of education preferred
- 10 to 15 years of experience in program and portfolio management
- Expertise in managing large-scale programs and cross-functional coordination
- Proven experience in vendor management and leadership collaboration
- Background in HR-related projects is a plus
