Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end program management for enterprise Cyber Transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with NIST CSF maturity targets and enterprise risk reduction objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead program management for Cyber Transformation initiatives, managing scoping, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation plans while ensuring accountability among stakeholders
• Build executive-ready reporting and facilitate cross-functional meetings to document outcomes and drive decisions

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 4+ years of equivalent project/program management experience
• 8+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
• Experience partnering with technical teams and translating technical work into business outcomes
• Proficiency with program management and executive reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Power BI
• Proven track record of leading multi-workstream initiatives with visibility to VP/SVP-level stakeholders
