To support a growing Proposal Operations Center, the remote Principal Proposal Writer will lead the development of compelling proposal content for Federal Government solicitations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of compliant and compelling proposal content for Federal Government solicitations
- Collaborate with Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, and technical experts to articulate key themes and management approaches
- Perform compliance reviews to identify gaps or risks within proposal sections and refine content collaboratively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in federal proposal writing
- Experience in developing technical, management, and staffing sections aligned with solicitation requirements
- Ability to conduct interviews with subject matter experts and translate technical concepts into clear narratives
- Proven track record of coordinating writing assignments and ensuring consistency of voice across proposals
