Job Summary
To ensure the quality and reliability of a Lifecycle Banking platform, the remote full-time Principal Quality Engineer will develop test automation, validate financial technology integrations, and collaborate across teams to enhance product quality and support technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, APIs, and integrations
- Test integrations with bank and credit union core processing systems and support implementation teams in diagnosing issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance release speed with product quality and customer impact
Required Qualifications
- 12 or more years of technical integrations and quality engineering experience
- Experience testing SaaS and FinTech products in complex, integration-heavy environments
- Direct experience working with banks, credit unions, and financial-services technology providers
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database validation testing
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering or testing tools to improve productivity and quality
