Principal R&D Enablement

Job Summary

As a remote opportunity, the Principal R&D Learning Products & Enablement will define the strategy and roadmap for R&D enablement, focusing on building scalable learning products and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the capabilities of R&D employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the R&D learning-products and enablement strategy, service model, and success measures
• Build trusted relationships across R&D to identify capability and performance needs, diagnosing appropriate solutions
• Lead complex programs from discovery to launch, managing interdependencies and ensuring effective adoption of solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, program management, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience working with software engineering or technical teams to deliver enablement solutions
• Hands-on experience creating functional prototypes and tools using AI-assisted development environments or low-code platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies and workflows into practical adoption strategies
• Experience defining strategy and roadmaps in ambiguous environments, prioritizing portfolios, and making informed recommendations
