Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment strategy, the full-time remote Principal Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent and building strong candidate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis
• Experience in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
