Principal Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of Coinbase's Core Recruiting team, the full-time Principal Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level roles, partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs, and drive process improvements while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and strategic recommendations
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly in recruiting processes
