Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Principal Recruiter will manage complex, senior-level searches remotely while partnering with senior leaders to build candidate pipelines and drive process improvements.

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
