Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level roles, the full-time Principal Recruiter will partner with senior leaders to build candidate pipelines and drive process improvements in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for senior-level searches
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
- Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and improve outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight
