Job Summary

Leading scientific projects as a remote full-time Principal Scientist, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, delivering high-quality scientific insights, and mentoring junior scientists while representing the company's scientific strengths to external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scientific projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and business decisions through scientific expertise
• Mentor and develop early-career scientists, raising the quality of work and guiding project direction

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific area
• Typically 6+ years of post-Ph.D./postdoctoral experience in relevant industry settings
• Recognized authority in at least one scientific discipline with the ability to produce expert insights quickly
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality scientific work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English
