Principal Security Architect

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical authority, the fully remote Principal Security Architect in Cybersecurity Engineering will design, implement, and optimize enterprise cybersecurity platforms and security controls while collaborating with various teams to ensure security measures align with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise security architectures and strategic roadmaps across various security domains
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced security technologies, including Zero Trust and cloud security platforms
• Provide technical leadership for security engineering initiatives and conduct architecture reviews and security assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least nine years of progressive cybersecurity experience with a focus on security architecture and engineering
• Demonstrated experience in designing security controls in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent advanced security architecture certifications
• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity engineering within highly regulated industries, such as healthcare
