Seeking a full-time remote Principal Site Reliability Engineer, this hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, automation, and service reliability for Oracle Health's technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides operational support for technology incidents, driving on-call shifts and executing resolutions across multiple services
- Identifies and implements automation opportunities, developing tools or scripts to enhance monitoring and issue remediation
- Conducts incident response and root cause analyses, documenting findings and implementing improvements to prevent future occurrences
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, shell scripting, and Kubernetes
- Experience with public cloud technologies and AIOps tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on incident triage and resolution
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical information clearly
