Principal Software Architect
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and architectural direction, the full-time Principal Software Architect will focus on designing scalable Identity Resolution systems, distributed applications, and data-processing platforms while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architecture for enterprise-scale Identity Resolution platforms and services
- Design systems for deterministic and probabilistic identity matching and entity resolution across large datasets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate architectural designs into scalable and maintainable implementations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant experience in designing complex enterprise software systems
- Proven experience as an Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader
- Deep expertise in Java, Python, and Scala, particularly for distributed systems and large-scale data processing
- Extensive experience with Apache Spark, Snowflake, and cloud-native application architecture on AWS
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and API design
