Principal Software Developer
Job Summary
Owning the complete modem firmware architecture for LGA modem modules, the full-time Principal Software Developer will lead software stack integration and provide technical leadership across modem software, hardware interfaces, and platform components in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the end-to-end modem firmware architecture for LGA modem modules
- Lead the integration and customization of the modem software stack while developing long-term upgrade strategies
- Drive cross-team technical alignment and serve as the primary technical contact with modem chipset and hardware partners
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems architecture, with at least 3 years in modem or wireless domains
- Hands-on experience with modem chipset platforms and deep understanding of modem subsystem architecture
- Expert knowledge of modem software stacks and proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems
- Experience with system-level debugging using JTAG, trace tools, and lab instrumentation
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
