Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Recognized as a senior technical authority, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will set architectural direction and drive end-to-end solution design across complex systems, while mentoring engineers and influencing organizational engineering standards.
Key responsibilities
- Architects and delivers complex, cross-system solutions, addressing dependencies, risks, and technical debt
- Establishes architectural standards and leads architectural review boards to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Mentors senior engineers and tech leads, promoting engineering excellence and best practices across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of progressive software engineering experience, including senior/lead roles in high-scale CCaaS or CX software
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations and AWS services, including Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Proven ability to influence technical direction at an organizational level and drive enterprise architecture standards
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies and experience mentoring engineering talent
