Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will architect and build a unified Client Performance Portal, integrating existing modules and designing connections to internal systems while writing production code and guiding the engineering team.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and integrate the existing Support/ticketing module into the new portal architecture
- Lead technical discovery to inventory and assess legacy client portal systems for data exposure
- Define and build the architecture for the platform API, data pipelines, and authentication models
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a principal or senior technical lead role
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET and familiarity with Blazor or comparable frameworks
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS services and enterprise identity platforms like Okta
- Experience integrating with third-party SaaS systems via REST APIs and webhooks
- Proven track record of producing architecture documentation and driving technical decisions
