Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Setting the technical direction for model-driven capabilities across the HR domain, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will manage AI architecture, oversee agent autonomy, and ensure production quality and safety in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI architecture for the HR domain, including model selection and migration strategies
- Establish domain policies for agent autonomy, determining which HR actions require human intervention
- Lead the evaluation infrastructure to ensure safe behavior changes and compliance with HR-specific requirements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of technical direction
- Hands-on experience with agentic instructions, autonomous workflows, and evaluation processes
- Production experience with LLM APIs and agent orchestration, including migration projects
- Strong command of system design, APIs, data modeling, and testing across various platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
