Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Software Engineer, this remote position will design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions, including agents and assistants, while ensuring production readiness and rigorous evaluation of AI systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready AI models, agents, and assistants that address real-world problems
- Quickly turn ideas into MVPs and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance them into reliable systems
- Establish evaluation metrics and standards for quality, safety, and reliability of AI solutions before and after deployment
Required qualifications
- Expertise in multi-agentic solutions with a proven track record of building and deploying AI applications
- Hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks and developer tooling, particularly from leading providers
- Strong skills in evaluation discipline, including building test sets and defining metrics for AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with containerization tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
