Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical architecture for next-generation third-party connectors, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will define design principles, architect high-throughput data pipelines, and mentor engineers while working remotely or in various U.S. locations.
Key responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for third-party connectors across major SaaS ecosystems
- Architect data extraction and delta-sync pipelines to process enterprise artifacts in near real-time
- Establish and enforce connector-level Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure system resilience and data freshness
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in architecting and operating high-throughput data ingestion or SaaS integration services in production
- Proven track record of managing distributed systems against strict SLOs and building comprehensive telemetry
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical vision and translate product strategy into robust execution
- Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and mentor senior engineers
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 flows and complex ACL/permission mapping
