Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
To drive business outcomes through innovative applications, the remote Principal Software Engineer will design and build full-stack applications, embed AI features, and lead junior engineers while ensuring high-quality solutions for operational data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, optimizing performance and ensuring production support
- Embed AI capabilities into applications, integrating machine-learning models and creating agentic workflows

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in building and shipping full-stack applications to production

- Experience with AI integration, including embedding ML models and LLM APIs into applications
- Familiarity with cloud application hosting and modern data platforms like AWS or Snowflake
