Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support banking operations, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will develop and implement IT solutions, build modern applications, and ensure high performance and security in a collaborative environment based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT solutions and applications to support banking operations
- Build architecturally sound components and tools to meet strategic business goals
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to team development through code reviews and best practice advocacy
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- 6 years of progressive experience in software development for the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Python3, Java, JavaScript, Golang, and front-end frameworks such as Angular and React
- Experience with AWS and Azure for managing sensitive assets
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins and familiarity with Bash and Linux
