Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of an innovative Agentic SOC, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will design and implement a system that utilizes LLM-based agents to investigate cybersecurity threats, collaborating closely with SOC analysts in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of agentic investigation, defining signal management and investigation structures
• Build agents that mimic strong analyst behavior, ensuring effective triage and investigation processes
• Develop LLM-powered tools to reduce repetitive tasks for analysts, enhancing their efficiency and focus on complex cases

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in developing complex software products, with a focus on production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, covering tool use and evaluation in production environments
• Proven track record in building evaluation mechanisms for non-deterministic systems
• Strong backend expertise in distributed systems and concurrency, with proficiency in languages such as Ruby on Rails
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
