Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise Finance solutions, the remote Principal Software Development Engineer will focus on optimizing core Finance processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving AI-driven automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance solutions across various Finance processes
- Translate Finance requirements into functional, technical, integration, and data specifications while collaborating with engineering teams
- Oversee Finance data migration, validation, and testing activities for global ERP programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and financial data management
- Experience leading data migration, reconciliation, and quality assurance efforts for large-scale ERP programs
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
