Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the Edifecs platform and ensure reliable EDI transaction processing, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will administer, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize system components while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, focusing on EDI transaction processing and system performance
- Build and optimize processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows while resolving mapping and validation issues
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to support deployments, environment refreshes, and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
