Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Principal Software Engineer, this remote position will manage and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, optimizing processing rules and workflows
- Analyze and resolve EDI mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks
- Support release deployments and collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
