Job Summary
Driving technical direction and architectural evolution, the full-time remote Principal Software Engineer will lead the Marketing Technology team in managing a global web platform and architecting intelligent AI systems to enhance customer experiences and internal operations.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the scalability and performance of the global digital flagship, ensuring optimal Core Web Vitals and internationalization
- Lead the strategy for Agentic AI, deploying production-grade systems and workflows to enhance personalized web experiences
- Provide technical leadership by translating business roadmaps into resilient architecture and mentoring engineers in modern web development practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer role
- Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered workflows in production
- Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks, and backend services using Node.js or Python
- Strong understanding of modern web systems, cloud infrastructure, and rendering paradigms
- Exceptional collaboration skills with engineering management and non-technical stakeholders
