Job Summary
Driving innovation in a remote environment, the full-time Principal Software Engineer will lead the development of the Agentforce environment and enhance operational stability by building support mechanisms and improving data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Agentforce environment and ADLC, enabling teams to adopt internal agents
- Design and implement a generic support agent that integrates with core systems to improve support flows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product success and enhance the reliability of key data pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience with Java, C#, or other OOP languages
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of product development and experience with RESTful services
- Experience with software deployments in an AWS environment and knowledge of enterprise build pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and continuous integration/continuous delivery server technologies
